In an attempt to find inspiration for renovations on their own home at the time, the Powell family came across a 101 display home and were instantly charmed by the design. Their original idea for minor renovations quickly turned into the start of their home building journey as they began their search for the the perfect block of land.
We walked into a 101 display home and fell in love with the house straight away
While choosing to downsize from their previous block, they were determined to create a spacious family home while taking in the peaceful scenery of the Perth hills. It was important for all family members to have their own separate living areas when creating the design, as well as having shared spaces where they could all come together and spend quality time.
We wanted a house that felt large but also was able to be easily maintained
After a bumpy journey with their previous builder, the Powell family quickly gained confidence in 101 and were happy to learn that the building process was quick and seamless.
