After living in Huntingdale for some time, Ahmad and his family were excited to see the opportunity of a new development opening round the corner from their home. As their family grew, the idea of building became more appealing, and they decided it was time to expand.

When we decided to build, we started looking at display houses. We looked at specialised builders in double-storey houses.

It was important that Ahmad and his family could customise their design to suit their needs with young children. They wanted a bigger space that was fit for entertaining friends and family.

 The main thing was simplicity. We were looking for practical design, modern, family friendly, with young kids.
