Instead, they chose to purchase a property to demolish and rebuild, allowing them to stay in an established suburb while creating a home designed specifically for them.

With a young family, they knew they wanted a spacious double storey home that would suit their needs now while also offering flexibility for the future. Building from scratch meant they could design a layout that would grow with them over time and support their lifestyle as their family evolves.
