After moving to Perth permanently, Denise and Tommy were ready to truly settle in and create a home they could call their own.

Before making any decisions, they took the time to do their research, speaking with multiple builders and exploring their options carefully. But after hearing from others who had built with 101 Residential and learning more about the process, they felt confident they’d found the right fit.

From the beginning they knew that they wanted their home to reflect the relaxed coastal lifestyle Perth is known for. With a love for airy spaces, they were drawn to a coastal-inspired look, incorporating soft blue tones throughout the design.
