Client Story – Jonathon and Clare
The Cowper family knew they wanted to experience the best of Australia’s coast after moving from the UK and they were lucky enough to score the perfect beach-front block in Burns Beach.
I think we always had a vision of what we wanted. We have a large family so it needed to be a large family home that has enough space for everybody to have their own individual areas of the house.
After losing faith with another builder, Jonathon and Clare walked away from a large deposit in hope to work with a builder that was going to keep their needs in mind.
From the very moment of signing… right through until the completion of the home, everything was very straight forward. Our site supervisor… was amazing. We were aware of every aspect of the build. He kept us well informed along the way and we couldn’t thank him enough.
This double storey design features five large bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining, a home theatre and a chef style kitchen and scullery. Fitted out with their own private lounge-room, the ‘adults wing’ is not short of luxury, featuring a master bedroom with ocean views, a lavish walk-through closet and an extra large en-suite with a freestanding bath.
The kitchen for me, is the heart of the home. We have a large family so it was important that there was enough space… to cook and be together at the same time as well.
101 were willing to work with us and really design our perfect house… We really had a good ride all the way through. We’re really happy.
