Client Story – Paul and Beverly

Paul and Beverly have built several homes over the years, but when searching for a builder this time round, it was important to choose one that understood them and their lifestyle.

We looked at a number of display homes and 101 stood out. It was really by far in a way, the most beautiful of the homes and seemed to be built with a lot of understanding of how people lived

Their single-story design features a private adults wing, a home theatre, a kitchen with scullery access directly from their garage and most importantly, a C shape courtyard designed to wrap around the pool. The features they felt were most essential to their design were..

The opening of the patio, the fact that you can see the swimming pool from just about every single room in the house. Definitely the fact that the en-suite faces North and faces East, still giving you access to the swimming pool

Paul and Beverly wanted to create a space that celebrated the way they lived and asked for a home that was designed around the furniture and art pieces they’ve collected over the last few decades.

We’ve had a couple of neighbours walk through and I think everybody is very impressed. In fact, I had a guy that built my previous houses look over the design, look over the build and he said that if he ever built himself a new house, he would use 101.. which is a pretty good recommendation.
